HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Full Service Management Contracts include, but are not limited to:

  • Board Meetings (monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly)

  • Monthly Site Reviews 

  • Monthly billing statements

  • Monthly Financial Statements and Delinquency Reports

  • Minutes for Board Meetings

  • Preparation of Annual Budgets, Audit and Annual Meeting Notices and Ballots

  • Supervision of all vendors and contracts

  • All financial services include investments for CDs and money market accounts

Financial Service Management Contracts include all the items above, except Board Meetings. Financial Service contracts are typically for very small communities that do not need daily management.

Additional Community Services can be tailored to your communities needs.

  • Option to create Community specific websites to provide easy access to safe list vehicles, pay assessments and download helpful forms.

  • Homeowner education meetings to discuss the everyday nuances of the Association.
