Prime Association Services was started in 2006 by Shelie Xanthos .  Shelie has worked in the Homeowner Association industry for over 20 years.  Prime specializes in new communities and primarily manages new construction.  We are experts at homebuilder turnover of common area to the community, managing boards with builder representation and ensuring the community has everything they require from the builder before the builder steps down. 

 

Our familiarity with the Bureau of Real Estate and how to properly implement new procedures and operations as it relates to starting up a new Association or managing an Association where the builder is still involved is extraordinary. 

 

Prime stresses the importance of doing what is right for the community and ensuring the community’s actions and operations will allow them to be a viable, successful Association.  Our loyalty is always with the Association and representing their best interests.

Over the past 15 years, we have grown to manage over 90 communities throughout Southern California and have five (5) office locations.  All of our offices are centralized through our Corporate office, which allows for a live person to always answer and direct your call in addition to providing the ability to utilize state of the art technology and support.  Our clients range from high profile hotel resorts, to large scale master planned communities, to high rise condominiums.  We manage almost every type of community.
